My users are testing LP for float holidays. We are having an issue with dates not reflecting the actual float date. Transactions are posting with the pay period end date for the cycle being processed? We would like employees to receive a float on the exact date of the float holiday.

How are the transactions getting into the system? We have Kronos feeding the daily time records into Lawson. We use daily time records to make grants easier to track. We are able show the float day on the date taken. How are your PTO transactions shown? Do they show on exact dates or end of the pay period.

Hi Mark, we use etime/api. We have timerecords in taempserv. Employees are enrolled in the float holiday plan and we want to give them an accrual on the date that float holiday occurred. For example, pay period end date is 6/26. Holiday date is 6/24 and transaction showing in LP64.1 with a TTR-DATE = 6/26.

Right now is either giving the accrual on 6/17 or 6/26 when adjusted to the pay period end.
