LP03.5 upgrade from 9 to 10

We are in the process of upgrading to 10.0.6 and we are having issues with the LP system. Our LP03.5 screen is displaying all values except the Web Negative Balance Option. When I query I can see the value, but it does not display. We can update the value and see it populate, but when we leave the screen and come back it is no longer displaying. Any help would be appreciated as we are under the gun with our testing.
