Match schedule for 403(b)

Has anyone had success setting up a 403(b) where the company is matching up to a certain amount?  We are changing our match percentage from one flat percentage (up to 4% of the EE contrib) to a percentage match on the first 3% and a different percentage match on the next 7%.  After 10%, the match is supposed to stop.  I'm on BN19.4 and it asks for a beginning percent, but not an end percent, so it appears that everything past 10% will continue to get the match.  Please tell me someone has set this up successfully in Lawson because we know other companies are doing something very similar.  thanks!
