MSS New Job Requisition Status field is blank

9.0 apps and 9.0 environment - New Job Req page does not have anything under the Status drop down box. Do I have to setup something else before our data will populate that field?

The are defined in the HR codes, type = 'RQ'. Check HR04.2HR83.8

I changed some of the RQ Status on HR83.8 to use workflow but it did not show up in MSS yet.
