Orientation date calendar in Lawson

Hi

I'd like to store a date calendar in Lawson to record each date of the year along with a related orientation date.  The intent of this is to relate an employee's start date to the date that their new employee orientation will be held.  I intend to use this to create reports to the orientation team so they can see who will be attending orientation on a particular date so they can do appropriate planning and create class rosters.  Does a current form exist where these dates can be stored, or can another form be used in such a way to accomplish what I want?
