PA and NJ Work State, Base Wage (PR289)

We are trying to contact the state of PA and NJ to get the Wage values that we are supposed to enter on the PR289 screen, but are unable to get a hold of anyone helpful.  Does anyone out there know those values that we should be using in PR289 for those two states?
