In searching the forums for "PA90" I do not find more than a handful of topics. I have a few questions regarding the usage of this form/screen:
1. Does anyone use PA90 for logging and tracking injuries incidents for Workers Comp?
2. Does it meet the requirements for any associated Worker's Comp and/or OSHA reporting?
3. Is it complex to build? (I see that there are numerous tables behind the various fields.)
4. Does it meet your needs, or are there gaps that you have identified and had to account for via some other means?
Thank you in advance!
