Payroll User Group

We recently went live on Lawson HR/Payroll and it would be great if we could find a user group for payroll users so that our payroll staff could have someone to talk to - the Lawson payroll process is much more complicated than our previous HR/Payroll system and it's been a struggle to learn Lawson. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been using Lawson since 1999 and can be a resourse for you during the initial stage of your transition.

Hi Mary,
Lawson user groups are organized geographically, and then within each user group they have specific focus groups, e.g. HR/Payroll.
If you can provide your location, I’ll let you know which group to contact.
Also, always feel free to post questions here as well.

One of their biggest questions is retro pay. Do you have a separate calculator for that? They say that Lawson's PR131 doesn't work properly.
