What tax status code do you have on your PR05 record? It should be 17

We do have 17. Do you use the same pay class as the regular 403(b) deduction?

yes and the same deduction class. On the employee's bn32 record is the Pretax/aftertax flag showing as an A

We put the roth deduction on the 403B plan so both Pre and After. It creates the correct deduction in PR14.
