Track changes on PA26?

Someone changed a review scheduled date on PA26 for an employee - is there anywhere I can look to see when/who did it?

I know you can look to see who add it under the UserID in the table but not sure if it will show changes.

I believe the REVIEW table will show you the last person who changed the record by user id and date stamp.

When I pull the table I can see SEQ_NBR 3 and 4 which are the reviews that are showing now - but someone must have deleted SEQ_NBR 1 and 2 - so I don't know if there is any way that I can see who did the deletion.
