Track incentive plan by employee

We have a need to track what incentive plans employees are elilgible for, including the plan name, percent and date.  Other than creating individual HR11 user fields to track this, has anyone else used Lawson to track this information?  We are on S3 ver 9.0.1.

We tied the incentive plans to the position codes using the position user field. For the eligible effective date we used the HR11 user fields. The data is used in our Peoplefluent Interfaces.
