vacation buy after tax

We are planning on making our vacation buy plan after tax this year so that it can be rolled into the following year.  So it's not an accounting nightmare with all the reconciliations at the end of the year.

Has anyone been successful at setting up vacation buy as an after-tax benefit?  Any advice on how you did it, would be helpful.
