Hello all! We successfully upgrade our windows/sql environment from 9.0.0.9 to 9.0.1.9 recently. I'm working this weekend to upgrade our applications to 9.0.1.7 from 9.0.0.8. I was able to do this successfully in our test environment. I installed the DPP programs successfully. Trying to start the lawappinstall update - but when I first keyed in the decryption key I mis=keyed it. How do I restart the update? If I restart the lawappinstall update again - Lawson tells me the previous installation did not finish successfully. I can't uninstall - since it wasn't completed. Please help!!! Thanks!

If you miskeyed the decryption key, did the lawappinstall update complete OK?
After you miskeyed it and entered in the client ID, what did the lawappinstall.log say? Id anything actually say in the logs that the update was unsuccessful?

It errored out on the update almost right away and when I went to restart I couldn't because the update was never completed successfully. I found out the fix...rename lawappinstall log and restart..it allowed me to key the decryption key in again and was able to continue on. It would help if that were documented on Lawson's support site! It was a simple mis-key,
