Associating Smart Office Script with the S3 Form

Hi
I am trying to change the layout of the screen in Smart Office Script Tool and have been able to get the script working against the S3 form when I run it. However how do I associate this script with the form permanently and then deploy to all users?

Got the script associated with the form permanently for my id.
Now how to deploy to other users?
