Can anyone shed some light on the Rel 10 upgrade where we will be "forced" to move to Visual COBOL?   What are the differences as far as development practices?  Any good references on-line?

 

We are scheduled to upgrade in April at the present time and just trying to get ideas on what to expect on the development side...

It seemed like the biggest hurdle was getting the license. I worked as I normally did with my COBOL objects.

Thanks for your response, Angela... So all of the 4GL development tools are still in place then? I realize that the lapm command is now history
