I ran loadrpts on a Windows 2012R2 server and I received
Error: loadrpts.cfg not found. Abort loading reports from

Usage: To load print files in the print directory into the GEN table USERRPT. ProductLine is a required parameter for Syntax1.
Syntax1: loadrpts -snVU
[-u UserName [JobName]] [-t
] -p
ProductLine
Syntax2: loadrpts -d
-t
d - Print Directory.
s - Lawson Standard Print Directory.
u - UserName [JobName].
t - Token.
n - UserName contains underscores ('_') and is NOT
in a 'DomainName_UserName format
U - Usage and Syntax.
V - Version.
p - ProductLine.
