Does anybody know how service records get created?

If you use Lawson Payroll application -
each service code is attached to a pay code and service records will be created via time entry (such as PR36 for standard time record).
Service records are governed by a bunch of rules that you set up in LP - accrual rules, eligibility rules, limit rules etc ( please read manual for detailed explaination)
LP service records can be maintained by LP53.
I hope this helps.
