Self-Serve Customization and Modification of home page

Hi,

I want to add new links and customize the ESS (self-serve). Also need to change few fonts and highlight some upcoming changes on the home page of self- serve. We are using V9 LID for Lawson S3.

Can anyone please suggest how to make the changes and what all access I will need to make those changes. I am a beginner.

Hi Upasana, ESS is hand-coded HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. There is no "home page" for all of ESS as it is installed as tasks within Lawson Portal. Some sections, particularly benefits enrollment, have a "welcome screen". Are you referring to the benefits enrollment part of ESS?

Hi Upasana-

I have heavily customized ESS. There are a lot of things you can do. ESS-only users have a special profile with a home page that contains benefits-related content. ESS does not have a supplied home page out of the box; it uses the "regular" portal home page. You will need access to the code so you can modify it as there is no content tool in Lawson.
