Variables on .scr

Hi:

Can I have any name for the variables listed under .scr? For example, can I replace SRE-DESCRIPTION with BUSINESS-DESCRIPTION in the .scr file? (but the key numbers would be correct and that of SRE-DESCRIPTION)? E.g.
