When attempting to add or change a vendor via an interface from another application, we get the above referenced error.

Has anyone else had experience with addressing this error?

Have you checked the DB log ? $LAWDIR/system/ladb.log ?
That may give some clue as to which index/keys/fields are causing the error.

Its the Lawson source code problem and to resolve this, please go to the Critical Patches page on MyLawson.com to download and install the most current Critical Transfer Pack (CTP) containing the fix for this issue.
