Anyone got any ideas ??????
We are thinking a records has not been craeted somewhere in workunit metrics task or workunit metrics summary ?????
The Workunit Metrics table has beenn updated with the user action and work unit queue show staus 3 = Action pending in BMP server
Any idea how to get these moving ????
Regards
Dave
Background :-
Lawson 9.0.1 running on Windows with SQLServer on separate server...
We encountered BPM issues after rebooting the Lawson server......
This appears to have been due to connectivity issues to the lawson database server although Lawson itself had no issues.
User In Basket actions appeared to be working properly however we later spotted 4 active flows had spopped on a query node and were blocking the BPM processors.....
After a complete system restart hundreds of work units appeared to start/restart/continue normally....
However, we now have 200+ work units where the users initiated a user action during this period and they did not restart after the reboot.....
I have tried to resume one of the work units at the node prior to the user action but this does not work.....
We have restarted one of the work units but we do not want to do this with all of them.....
