Inbasket Messages customization

I need to add the User Full Name besides the Attached by column(User Id #). What's the best approach to achieve something like this? Please be as descriptive as possible as I'm new to LAWSON and still trying to figure out the architecture.

I'm thinking I would need to add the full name as an attribute to the MESSAGES element, but at this point I don't know how to modify the messages element

After some research I think the answer is in the workdetail function but I don't know how to get there.

Please help!
