Hi I have got the following error in pflow.out file.

Process Flow EvtMgrReader read error: Connection reset by peer: JVM_recv in socket input stream read

How can i resolve this error without applying any new service pack? My Client is more concerned about applying any new patch.

This could be caused by a few things, ranging from improper setup/installation/configuration of your servlet container/IOS/or processflow, to something in your environment or maybe RMI.

I've found that simply stopping and restarting your processflow engine sometimes does the trick.

You'll need to dig deeper. Has it worked before? If so, what's changed?

Check the size of your PF log files--they may be getting too large for the OS to handle. There is an IOS PT 142354 to address this...

I have tried all possibilities (deleting log files pflow.out, em.out, wfc.out and pfsch.out). I will try to reconfigure Event Manager and let you know the status.

I reconfigure the Event Manager configuration settings. Now the processflow is working without any issues.
