PFI flow not getting triggered with Application Messages (CRS424) in M3

Hello Everyone,

I m trying to trigger a PFI service from M3 Application messages in CRS424.
I m using 131 message type which is generated automatically when I receive an item with std. cost is zero.

I m getting mail from application messages, which is system generated mail, enabled in CRS424.
However, I enabled the PFI and specified the PFI service name but not getting mail from PFI Flow.

Please find attached screenshot.

I tested the Flow by simulation from Designer mail comes.
But when application message triggered PFI mail not getting delivered.

Please help.

Designer and server use different mail configurations. Have you configured and/or used mail via process flow on the server before?

Yes. PFI mail configuration is fine. works fine.

but when i assign pfi flow in crs424 , and application msg triggers mail. but pfi flow doesnt triger.
