My VP wants me to get some feedback on Process Flow and how it has benefited companies and easy of use. If you could let me know your experience with PFI it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you see the similar post "Lawson Process Automation" by AngelaC and the responses to that (last response dated 8/10/12)? That should give you a start.

Do you already own PFI or are you trying to create a business case document to analyze a potential purchase?

I am finalizing a case to buy PFI. We are a non-profit so she wants make sure it is worth it. She especially wants to know about flows with outher software.
