How can I add some formatting to the e-mails generated by the Lawson process flow? For example, how can I add bold text or italic text?

In ProcessFlow 8.1 (and 9.0), you can select "HTML Content" on the email node, and include HTML tags for formatting. In earlier releases, only text emails are supported. You might be able to fake it with MIME boundaries and content tags, but I doubt it would work.
