We have been using the email notice for the address changes, but now we would like to use the delivered PF for this.

Does any one have the steps documented to switch this ?

Thanks

I believe the configuration instructions are in the Employee and Manager Self Service Administration Guide and the Employee and Manager Self Service Installation Guide.

I have searched the Lawson site and I can not find any document labeled Employee and Manager Self Service Installation Guide for the 9.0.1 X releases. Do you know if it was labeled something else for that release ?

Huh - I'm sure that's what it is called, but I can't find it out there either for 9.0.1. I bet they have the older versions hidden away somewhere. You may need to contact Support. Sorry!

I believe this is what you need to do:
1. Use the PF Eclipse Designer to upload the delivered flows to the server PF Repository.
2. Use the PF Admin Tool to enable the PF service.
3. Update the emss_config.xml file set the value process_flows_enabled to True.

Thanks, but 9.0.1 is before that put that value into the config file. It appears that I have to do something with the cqi email.exe but I can't find out if I just need to comment it out, or replace it with something else.

Thanks for all your help. I finally have this working. I think the issue was that I needed to add 2 tables to the security (Logan WF tables).
