Hi,

We created a new flow with email node to trigger the mail to users. But the PF is not triggering any emails. The PF completes succesfully without any error, but no email was triggered. When we checked the log, it says the status as "Completed" and even in WFWORKUNIT the status is 4.

Please guide me in resolving the issue.

Thanks in Advance

Alex

If you're not seeing any errors in the WF log then the issue is more than likely your email server. It may not be accepting emails from ProcessFlow (spam blocker). You should check with your email admins if ProcessFlow doesn't show an error.

You can also test using a simple PF with just the email node.

Is this your very first email attempt? If so, do you have the PF Admin Tool Configuration Property, GLOBAL field name Mail_From set up?

JudeBac --> We even tried with a simple flow with only email node, but the mail is not triggered. As David suggested ,we need to check with email admins for mail blocker.

BarbR --> Mail_From is already set up properly in the configuration.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex, ours stopped working all of a sudden. However, there was an error in the log. Came to find out that our email admin changed the SMTP Mail Server. It may be worth it to tell your email admins your smtp mail server string entry.

Hi Alex -

Some mail servers do not allow you to "Relay" and as David pointed out, then interpret your mail from Process Flow as Spam. Ask your Email Administrator to add the PFlow Email address / domain into the list of safe sites. I see this issue a lot with hosted clients - are you hosted?
