We are implementing Process Flow and when we log into Portal to access our requisitions for approval, we can see the requisitions listed there but when we click on the link to display the requisition, nothing happens. Any ideas why this is happening?

Do you have a htm or xml page assigned on the Work tab of your UserAction in the Display Exec field?

If you don't want to build a page to view, you can also just tell the user to go to the Folder on their WorkUnit and they will see a compressed version of RQ10

That's what we don't know. When you click on the link to display the requisition, where and how does it assign what to display from there? In all of the models that we looked at, it just displays the req right there in the window.

So you have to deploy the HTML (provided by Lawson with the Services, etc.) through WebSphere or develop an XML Portal Page with Design Studio. Either way, you have to reference the page to display (HTM or XML) on the UserAction node in your ProcessFlow file.

I searched and did find a couple of xml files in the bpm directories, but nothing that worked with the exec parameters given in the user action node after attempting numerous permutations of xml files and settings in the approval user action node.  The closest I was able to get was an error message indicating that "LIVE" was not a valid value for the parameter _PDL -- and I am at a loss as to what is trying to define the product line as "LIVE" during a call to the xml.  I could not find any settings in the bpm.properties file that should point anything to a product line called "LIVE" either.
