We started doing requisition approvals this year, and it has caused a huge increase in the number of work units created for us.  We never did much with deleting work units, so I wanted to see how other organizations handle this.

The other concern with deleting work units is the record of who approved a requisition.  How are you making this information available?

You can do a "Delete Selected Activities and Variables" on a workunit. The Activity Node log is deleted, but the User Action info remains.

How many wokrunits are you generating now?? My current client generates ~400 daily, not a huge number, and we don't delete anything.

Our DBA deleted some old work units and activity quite a while ago, the first 3 years of activity, when we were running out of disk space. I'm seeing workunits going back to 2007 currently in our system. We generate ~300 wu/day.
