User Action Node - Notification Message Email, include file attachment

Is it possible for a User Action node notification message email to include a file attachment?

I see an option for email attachments in the Landmark 11 designer. I don't remember if it was available in v10.

We are at V10. The User Action node, Notify tab only shows two options, a "Notify all users of work" checkbox, and "Edit the notification message". So the file attachment option for this node must be new for Landmark 11 (IPA v11).

check inside the Edit the Notification message, that's where I found it in v11.

It seems that in V10 there is no Attach File option inside the Edit the Notification message. See attached screenshot...
