We are a windows/sql shop running 9.0.1 PF is 9.0.1.7
Workunits are created but sit in ready status. processflow is set to poll every 5 minutes.
They are not getting picked up. I can run them from designer. there are no errors in any of the log or out files. the ports are listening. I have done a pfserv ping all and it show everthing is running. i have stopped and started processflow numerous times nothing seems to work
Infor has not come back with anything that has worked
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Hi John - you mentioned that you'd restarted pflow services multiple times, but have you tried a full environment restart? Maybe there is something else gummed up somewhere that is causing pflow to be confused? I know that on the Landmark/IPA side this occurs if the Async service goes down, which is separate from LPS. Just a thought...
Good Luck! Kelly

We did a cold reboot of the servers and the issue still exists. You mentioned about asynch.
I kicked off a flow in designer using asynch it just hangs in ready status, if i run it synch it kicks off right away. At least I narrowed down the issue
You response was very helpful
Thanks
John
