Custom COBOL and moving to cloud

Does anyone that has moved to the cloud have custom COBOL programs that are running?  We are under the impression that they don't want to move custom COBOL programs to the cloud.

We are moving to the Cloud, and I am feeling that way too. We put our custom COBOLs on our RICE and are waiting for approval.

Ours have already been through RICE.  They accepted all of them.  There were about 38.  What we're finding now is that RICE is not just COBOL.  We also have some scripts that run our server that were developed by Novation (Vizient).  These also have to go through RICE.
