Common Maintenance Tasks

Does anyone have (which they'd be willing to share with the viewership) a basic list of common "maintenance" tasks that they perform on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, annually, etc.) in order to keep the Lawson Environment & Applications running smoothly?

I'm sure there are certain tasks we could (or even should) be performing that we're not. If anyone can help identify/recommend what these tasks should be, it would be appreciated.
