I've seen a couple of threads on this same issue, but none of the resolutions apply to me.  I have a fresh install in Windows Server 2008 R2.  The laconfig command shows the environment, but none of the additional installs list this environment.  Can anyone offer assistance on correcting this issue?

Issue resolved. It was related to the 32 bit vs the 64 bit version of the registry.
