LDAP Bind to 2 DCs?

Is it possible to set up LDAP bind to a primary domain controller and then a secondary (backup) DC? If so, how can it be done?

This is a windows environment.

Use openldap. You point LSF9 ldapbind to the openldap instance, and then using openldap to point to multiple domains/domain controllers.
