MA60.1 Extremely Slow On Inquire

Ok.  I know this is a shot in the dark, but I'm finally pissed off just enought to ask for help.

Our users are experiencing extreme slow response times when doing a simple inquiry on MA60.1.  It doesn't matter whether it's in LID or Portal.  A simple inquiry on a vendor with as little as two unmatched items, may take 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

I have done everything I know to do.  Removed int libs, recompiled invokables, ma60, etc...  Nothing seems to be improving performance.

Running verifymsf2000 returns no issues.

DBA states that indexes are being rebuilt and stats updated daily.

Starting to run out of ideas.

LSF 9008
Apps 9004
Windows
SQL Server
WAS clustere vertically 3x (remember, same results in LID)

Thoughts???

I almost shudder to ask with the new site and all, but have you checked for newer versions of MA60 on Infor?

Thanks Greg. What an Xtreme pain that was. Our versions of the MA60 source files are newer than the ones in 9.0.0_patch_89502.tar which was supposedly last updated on 09-21-2012.

On a related note, I just discovered that the "uploaded date" on every patch in the Xtreme system (at least all I checked) has a date of 10-10-2012 or 10-11-2012. That's really helpful. :-(

Hi guys ...  Having a similar issue with MA60.  Did the issue ever get resolved and what seemed to fix it ? Appreciate any help. Thanks Russ
