Does anyone have an experience using ITK's Direct Connect product to provide internet access to EMSS?

We have this product installed. We have not officially rolled out ESS yet to all of our users, so no one is actually using it from home. We have done some testing and it seems to do what it is supposed to.

Chuck,

We started using the browser solution from ITK sevral months ago and it has been working as expected. Our users can use multiple versions of IE, Firefox and Safari to access Lawson. We are currently testing the external solution and i hope to have it deployed by the end of this month. We had some initial issues with installation, but ITK stuck with us until everything was resolved. So far everything is looking good.
