I'm trying to make sense of the product compatibility matrix as we look at going from LSF 9.0.1.9 to 9.0.1.10 or 9.0.1.11. Our current server is Windows Server 2008 standard. The Perl seciton of the product compatibility matrix looks like this:
Windows Server 2008 (64-bit) Standard, Enterprise Data Center Edition Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) Standard, Enterprise Data Center Edition
Perl 5.12.x 9.0.1.9 9.0.1.9, 10.0.1.0
Perl 5.14.x N/A 9.0.1.10, 10.0.1.0

Does that mean that 9.0.1.10 and 9.0.1.11 require Perl 5.14.x and that it is only supported on Windows 2008 R2?

The compatibility matrix lists version first tested with the Lawson product.
Perl 5.12.x was first tested with 9.0.1.9, whereas Perl 5.14.x was first tested with 9.0.1.10. It does not necessarily mean 9.0.1.10 requires Perl 5.14. For the minimum requirement see the LSF install guide.
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!
