RSS Shopping cart issue

LSF9 environment and apps on Windows:

Having an issue with RSS Shopping cart. With ANY requester for any product, when the user clicks on "Checkout" within My Cart, they get the error message pop up:

"Process Flow Header Level Approval not Enabled"

I get the same error message in LID.

I have checked and rechecked the Services to ensure they are enabled and the processess too.

I have checked IC01, RQ01, RQ04 to ensure they are pointing to use processflow.

Processflow engine is running.

I am using the Req Approval service.

Still no luck,

Any Ideas? thanks in advance.. This one's a little bit of a problem. It's something small I know...

See if you need to add the LOGAN product line on WF01.

Thanks John.. problem resolved....

We were told to apply a non-existent environment patch (not surprised) to fix the problem. Oh, they also gave us a workaround to manually add the Object Keys in pflow admin panel. Once we did that, the flows got triggered.
