Good Day,

We use infor masterpiece, most users are windows xp and 7 and connect to lexmark printer to print Po,  we have problem when user change computer for some reason their format printing alignment goes off. 
Is there with Infor we can look at, we have upload a working format that is aligned and download to user but still wont work. 


Does anyone have insight.
