Learning 9x Security & RM

We are upgrading to 9x, and we're trying to determine what level of functional training is needed for HRIS support to support troubleshooting for Manager Self Service and Workflow?

IT will mostly handle setup and maintenance,  but we just want to understand how it works. 

We're thinking the webinars will meet the functional user needs.  IT is going to the 4 day training.  Any HR folks or Materials folks had the webinar or attended the the 4 day training?  What did you think?

If you are referring to the "Lawson Security Administration 9.0" class, in my opinion, this would be overkill for someone who just wants to understand how it works. The class' intended audience is security administrators that are responsible for setup and maintenance of LS9. It is very hands on.

I Agree with Fernando. The 4 day Lawson Sec Admin 9 class is for Application Security Admins and would be overkill for your HRIS folks. The online Web Tutorials would be cheaper and would give the basic setup.
