Within Lawson Security, I'm trying to turn on Lawson Security for one particular data source.  The only way to do that is if I change the default level access.  Is this normal or am I forgetting something?

The particular data source I'm trying to change is red, and the on/off area is greyed out.  They don't become greyed out unless I change the default access.  Is this right?
