Security Warning on IE8

Help!

Lawson Portal login page gives the following warning message

Do you wan to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?

Background:  Upgraded environment from 9015 to 9018.  Noticed queries in ESS is extremely slow.  Problem is likely a new version of lawsec.jar.  Lawson support recommeded uninstalling the offending patch.  Performance in ESS no longer an issue but getting the annoying warning message every time.

go to your internet options > security tab > click the "custom level" button > under "miscellaneous" section > check "enable" - "Display mixed content"
