Switching an environment from ldap bind back to local password administration

We have a requirement to change an environment from ldapbind to local password admin. All of our 9.0.n environments are currently bound to AD for authentication. If anyone can please offer some advise it would be appreciated. I can't seem to find any information on switching back.
