We would like to create a report that shows the number of times a report has been run and the last date it was run.
Has anyone prepared a query or a report that provides this information?

Unless you are on LBI version 10.x, I'm not sure that what you are asking for is possible.

Donna,
I recently did some DSSO troubleshooting for Driscoll, so I know that you are on LBI 9.0.4.2. Unfortunately, report auditing is not available until LBI 10. On your current version, you would have to pull this information out of the log files.

Somewhat on the plus side... the upgrade from 9.0.4.2 to 10.x went pretty well for us here at Genesis.

Hi Donna,
I had written a blog post about it some time ago based on LBI10. The upgrade, if you need it, can be done within an hour by an experienced consultant.
I have posted the query and crystal report that gets you to the result on
http://lbinote.com/track-...users-are-accessing/
I'll be happy to help you get to what you exactly need, just get in touch @ hi@lbinote.com and we'll make it happen for you at no cost.
Thanks!
