Assign user with an access to multiple reports in Lawson LBI

I'm not sure how to accomplish that other than adding the user to each report. I'd recommend you investigate adding the user to a custom group and then adding the custom group to each report. Then, if you need to remove the user from all reports, you would only have to remove the user from the custom group. Similiarly, if you need to add anothe user to these reports, you could just add the user to the custom group and they would automatically be added to all reports.
