Bursting PDF to Dashboard

Trying to burst a PDF to the LBI Dashboard. The PDF report has both COMPANY AND ACCT UNIT as bursting elements, but I don't get the drop down box to assign COMPANY OR ACCT UNIT for Element for field mapping.

Can a PDF file be burst through LBI?

no, you will need to use either Lawson Back Office Reports or a Crystal Report.

I don't have LBI ... I have had success with crystal reports and a program called PDF-Explode... You include a string and print it to the PDF-Explode print driver and it creates a new PDF for each of the groupings.

We have reports with this type of bursting. COMPANY & ACCT UNIT fields need to be part of the displayed fields in the report. You can hide these fields if you need to, but they show up in the drop down only if they are dispalyed fields in your Crystal report.
