I have installed the Distributed Single Sign On jar files on my LBI server. I have run the config assitant and install validator and the smoke test and everything checks out. When I try and log into efs I get the login/pw box. I enter my log in password and then I get a blue screen saying "I don't know this came from a trusted site". My tomcat logs on the the LBI server show nothing and neither to my webshpere logs on the server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are both servers in the same domain?

I had this exact same issue. It turned out I specified server.east.domain.com when I was creating the service, and was trying to connect to a DNS alias of lawsonlbi.domain.com.
When I configured the service using the DNS alias and tried to access the site with the same DNS alias, things worked just fine.
Go through the "Upgrade DSSO" section in the manual for instructions.
