Issue with PDF reporting

Hi,

We are using Lawson Portal 9.0.1 at our workplace and we always have issue with report not showing proper format in pdf. When we run report using RW100 and then go to view options PDF-landscape, it does not show all the columns in the report.

I am attaching a file that shows example of this on page 1. To fix this, we use a cumbersome approach, where we open the print folder, locate the jobname, change the font type, orientation, scaling to display all the columns and format properly. The attached file on page 2 has more details on this.

Has anyone run into this and come up with a more efficient solution? I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thank you.

Is everyone having this issue or only a select few? We had a situation similar and it turned out to be the setup on her computer. I do not know exactly what was changed on her setup but it was able to be fixed. Also, have you tried the PDF condensed option?

Everyone is having the same issue. We tried the PDF condensed option, but it does not work. It shows all the columns in condensed option, but the page size is legal or something other than letter. We are trying to report this in PDF in default letter size. Any idea how this was fixed?
